private appartment, ankaran
The project involves the interior renovation of an apartment in Ankaran, including a complete reconstruction of the existing spaces and building services. The original layout, characterised by small, fragmented rooms typical of older residential plans, was reconfigured into a more open and coherent spatial arrangement. Previously separated areas were connected to form a larger central living space, allowing for improved functionality and spatial continuity. Visual connections were extended through glazed doors towards the exterior façade, enhancing the perception of depth and openness. This approach allowed the main space to breathe, increasing both natural light and visual flow. The renovation focuses on spatial clarity and simplicity, transforming the apartment into a calm and contemporary living environment while respecting its existing architectural framework.
